Stores headers and per channel characterization data in the on-device EEPROM.

Caution  

This node erases existing data in the EEPROM. Contact National Instruments before using this node.

Input Parameters

  • Register Bus—The Register Bus object created by ni579x Open and used as the session handle for the NI-579x Configuration nodes.
  • scope—The EEPROM to read characterization data from. The only valid value is characterization data eeprom.
  • start address—The start offset of the data in the EEPROM.
  • EEPROM Data Section—The EEPROM can contain characterization data measured and calculated by the manufacturer (Factory Data) as well as data measured and calculated by the user (User Data).
    Caution  

    Do not write the to Factory Data.

  • EEPROM Header—Header information for the entire EEPROM.
  • EEPROM Calibration Header—Header information describing the calibration sections.
  • Device Data Header—Header information describing the device characterization data sections.
  • Characterization Data—An array of characterization data for each channel. For the NI 5791, the Rx channel is index 0and the Tx channel is index 1.

Output Parameters

  • Register Bus (out)—The Register Bus object created by ni579x Open and used as the session handle for the NI-579x Configuration nodes.
