Digitizers/Oscilloscopes

Digitizers offer several advantages over traditional stand-alone oscilloscopes by delivering an open architecture and flexible software. With a National Instruments digitizer, you can not only perform standard oscilloscope measurements but also easily build other instruments such as spectrum analyzers, transient recorders, and ultrasonic receivers. In addition, you can synchronize multiple NI digitizers and other mixed-signal instruments with picosecond-level accuracy for high-channel-count and mixed-signal applications.

High-Speed

NI high-speed digitizers with real-time sampling up to 2 GS/s and equivalent-time sampling up to 20 GS/s can be used with included ready-to-use software such as the NI-SCOPE Soft Front Panel for an out-of-the box experience. These digitizers are ideal for a variety of automated measurement applications and in product test.

High-Resolution

NI high-resolution digitizers use the latest commercial semiconductors to make high-dynamic-range, low-distortion measurements with wide bandwidth. These digitizers include the award-winning NI PXI-5922 flexible-resolution digitizer.

High-Channel-Count

Each high channel count digitizer includes four or more analog input channels, and offers up to 60 MS/s sample rates and up to 24-bit resolution. These digitizers are ideal for applications such as ultrasonic nondestructive test (NDT).

Low-Cost

NI low-cost digitizers make extensive use of commercial semiconductors to optimize the devices for cost-sensitive applications. Low-cost digitizers include the 8-channel, 60 MS/s digitizer - the lowest price per channel in its class.

Accessories and Software

Accessories for NI digitizers include probes, cables, and software that provide the appropriate connectivity & expanded capability for your application.
