Data Acquisition with PCI
PCI is one of the most widely adopted internal buses for PCs. National Instruments provides a range of data acquisition options for PCI, from low-cost multiplexed boards to high-performance simultaneous sampling boards. PCI Express, introduced in 2004, is the successor to PCI. PCI Express transmits data over dedicated high-speed serial lanes and offers high-speed, dedicated bandwidth to devices in the system.
