Heidi Baschnagel

Director, Global Learning and Development

Throughout her 26-year tenure, Heidi has greatly contributed to NI’s people development programs. She is a pioneer of talent programs, is a certified trainer for the DDI Management Skills Training, is certified in Change Management from the Association of Talent Development, and is a graduate of several other national leadership programs. Heidi recently led the company through a transformation for Learning & Development, creating a centralized organization that will build the required infrastructure, workflow, roles, and measurement methods resulting in a more efficient and effective operating model. The mission of this new Global Learning & Development organization is to accelerate business and career growth by equipping leadership and employees with solutions for exceptional performance. Heidi’s leadership will enable National Instruments to implement the vision needed to ensure the long term growth of our employees.
