The NI Author Support Program provides access to products, support, and promotional opportunities for both new and accomplished authors featuring National Instruments software and/or hardware in their books.
We invite all serious authors to join the program. Upon acceptance into the program, you receive the tools and support you need to make your book project successful.
Benefits
- Software - Receive the newest student version of the appropriate NI software to take advantage of the latest features for your book project. In addition, you are eligible for beta versions of upcoming releases.
- Technical Support - NI provides phone and e-mail technical support for matters related to the book project. NI offers an extensive online library of reference materials, discussion forums, and tutorials to help you through the writing process.
- Promotion - NI promotes your book through its Web site, ni.com. In addition, NI promotes select books in Instrumentation Newsletter, NI News - Academic Edition, and NI News. NI is also interested in featuring your book at trade shows and conferences attended by NI marketing teams.
- Annual Textbook Newsletter - NI also includes your book in its annual book newsletter. The newsletter, which highlights books published in the past two years featuring NI products, is distributed to both professional and academic contacts worldwide.
