For Educators
LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT for Education
LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT for Education offers a hands-on, project-based learning approach to teaching science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts in a fun and engaging way. LEGO MINDSTORMS helps prepare future generations of engineers and scientists as well as lifelong learners.
Tufts University - LEGO Engineering
LEGOengineering.com is produced by the Tufts Center for Engineering Educational Outreach (CEEO) and LEGO Education. The site aims to be a premier place for educators to find the resources and inspiration they need to use these materials effectively and easily in their classrooms. On this site, find information on the new NXT robot, classroom activities for the NXT and RCX robots, a code library, music, and documents, as well as a knowledgebase for helping to resolve questions.
LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT Multimedia Tutorial
Explore this multimedia tutorial on using the NXT-G graphical language to program the LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT system. This tutorial is divided into essentials and advanced sections for programmers of all levels.
For Students
FIRST LEGO League (FLL)
FLL is an international program for children ages 9-14 (9-16 in Europe) that combines a hands-on, interactive robotics program with a competitive atmosphere. Over the course of eight weeks, teams strategize, design, build, program, test, and refine a fully autonomous robot capable of completing the various FLL International "Robot Game" missions using LEGO MINDSTORMS technology.

FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC)
The FIRST Robotics Competition is an exciting, multinational competition that teams professionals and young people to solve an engineering design problem in an intense and competitive way. In 2006, the competition will reach more than 28,000 high school-aged young people on more than 1,125 teams in 33 regional events. Similar to high-tech spectator sporting events, FRCs are the result of focused brainstorming, real-world teamwork, dedicated mentoring, project timelines, and deadlines.
For LabVIEW and LEGO Power Users
LEGO MINDSTORMS Developer Program (MDP)
Check out what the MINDSTORMS developers, also know as MDPs, have been busy building and programming their robots to do.
LabVIEW Toolkit for LEGO MINDSTORMS
LabVIEW users can also program their MINDSTORMS NXT robots in LabVIEW. The LabVIEW Toolkit for LEGO MINDSTORMS gives existing LabVIEW users the ability to create and download VIs to operate and control their LEGO robotics systems. The toolkit also makes it possible for third-party software and hardware developers to create native blocks for MINDSTORMS NXT software.
