Become an NI LabVIEW Academy

The LabVIEW Academy program uses a blended learning model that combines face-to-face teaching with engaging content and hands-on lab exercises. This model prepares students for the demands of industry and higher education in engineering, computer science, and related fields.

Eligibility

Only academic institutions are eligible to become academies.

Course Delivery Requirements

  • Course curriculum and objectives: must adhere to LabVIEW Academy and are subject to approval
  • Classroom instruction: 30 total hours (minimum)
  • Homework/exercises: 20 total hours (discretionary)
  • Projects: 20 total hours (discretionary)

Program Requirements

The following resources are required to deliver the LabVIEW Academy curricula:

  • At least one dedicated classroom
  • One PC per student (with LabVIEW software)
  • NI equipment
  • A local server to download and deliver the content
  • Budget or grant funds to purchase the academy bundle (if necessary)

Instructor Requirements

Instructors must be Certified LabVIEW Associate Developers (CLADs) and teach at participating organizations.
