National Instruments offers a full suite of tools for enhancing controls and mechatronics education. The NI LabVIEW graphical development environment allows students to quickly design, simulate, and implement a variety of real-time controllers. The LabVIEW environment supports multiple programming approaches, allowing students to use the most effective syntax – graphical, textual, or a combination – for their projects. Integration with industrial real-time hardware and control plants from education collaborators such as Quanser ensures that students have hands-on experience while interfacing with real-world I/O.
